Requests made beyond the 24-hour window will typically not be entertained.

Please note: The 24-hour refund Request does not apply to users on auto-renewal subscriptions, as they have ample time prior to renewal to remove their payment method and cancel automatic renewals from manage cards tab.

Promotional codes, if available, must be applied prior to the completion of the transaction. If a user fails to apply the code before the transaction, they will not be eligible for a discount, and the website will not provide any subsequent partial or complete refunds on account of forgotten promotional codes. And the website under no circumstances can be hold accountable or under any legal issues.

While our policy remains firm on no refunds for premature cancellations, any requests for exceptions should be directed to our customer service team. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests solely with the website authorities.

3.5 Reactivation of Cancelled Subscription
